I work as a personal nutritionist, providing you with the education and encouragement to find your own way to better health through weight management. This is all in the hopes that you become self-motivated to take good care of your own body.


It’s about you understanding how food works in your body, whether it be the food that helps the body or the food that harms the body.


It’s also about you, what works for you physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. I really believe each person is unique and I’m hoping together you and I can come up with a plan.
